Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural products and ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color, or consistency are possible. If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 2 days of the delivery date.
