What is the return policy?

All Sales Are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions, our shipping policy, allergy information, and all notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, with no exceptions. Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural products and ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color, or consistency are possible. If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Use the Contact Us form to report missing items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL HERBAL COMPOUNDS ARE CUSTOM-MADE AND CANNOT BE SOLD TO OTHER ANOTHER PERSON.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If purchased items are damaged in transit, a new package will be sent upon the return of the damaged package. An email must be sent within 7 days of receiving your package alerting us of the damage. In the email to mothernaturescabinet111@gmail.com please include your name, a detailed description of the damage, the order number, and the tracking number.

 Customers will be reimbursed for the returned shipping of damaged packages. Upon receipt of the damaged package, a replacement will be sent out if available. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your package. If your package is no longer available, your refund will be processed within 7 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


REPLACEMENTS ARE ONLY HONORED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After your order is processed it takes additional time for packaging, shipping, and delivery. It is our priority to get your orders out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED, ADDED TO, OR COMBINED. ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS WILL BE BILLED AND SHIPPED AS A SEPARATE ORDER.

PHONE ORDERS

We are pleased to announce that soon, you will be able to place orders over the phone. Once this feature is available, we will provide you with the phone number to place your order. When placing a phone order, please ensure that you have a general idea of what you need and that your payment method is ready. Please note that we accept all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment.

LOCAL PICKUP

At this time, we do not offer onsite pickups. All orders must be shipped.

MAIL IN ORDERS

If you wish to place an order by mail, we kindly ask that you first call our office to receive a grand total that includes Shipping and Handling costs. You may then send a personal or business check, or a money order, payable to ORDERS & PAYMENTS

You may then make a digital payment via card of your choice to Mother Nature’s Cabinet LLC, along with a list of the items you wish to purchase via email.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If a suitable substitution cannot be made, the out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from the order, and the remaining items will be shipped. Please note that no items will be placed on backorder, and any out-of-stock items must be reordered by the member once they become available.

TO TRACK AN ORDER

To track your order, go to "My Account" or click the "Order Status" icon directly under the menu once you're logged in and it will take you to your account page.  If your item has shipped, it will have a grayed out shipped button beside it. Click on the order number. Scroll down until you see "Shipping Details" (in the right column on a desktop or at the bottom on a mobile device) and it will show you the date shipped, shipping method and tracking link. Copy the tracking number and enter it on the USPS website here:

PAYMENTS:

CREDIT CARD

We process credit card payments through Authorize.net and PayPal. To ensure that your payment is processed correctly, please provide the name that appears on the card, the account number, the expiration date, the CVV security code (if requested), and the billing address associated with the credit card.

Once you have received an invoice from a member of our processing team be sure to update your shipping address and complete payment to ensure your order is received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be placed on our website or via email. Thank you in advance for your understanding and willful cooperation.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All shipments delivered to addresses within New York will be subject to local state tax rates. These tax rates are determined by the New York Department of Revenue and may vary based on the specific locality within New York where the delivery is made. The tax rates are applied to the purchase price of goods and services. Please note that during the checkout process, the state tax rates will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the delivery address within New York and the applicable local tax rate.

  • All standard orders shipped within the USA will be sent via UPS Ground, UPS Flat Rate (if requirements are met, available online ONLY), or USPS Priority mail 2-3 days, based on the member's request at the time of placing the order. Please note that all orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

  • All information and tools available on this website are exclusively for members only. Any use of the information provided on this website by non-members is strictly prohibited.

  • ALL orders placed with Mother Nature’s Cabinet must be addressed and shipped to a Mother Nature’s Cabinet Member. All shipping details are verified with registered members. Any orders placed with shipping of any product to a non-member will result in the immediate cancellation of the order.
